Join us for a Community Conversation: Reimagining person-centered care. In this community conversation, participants will explore how person-centered care can be guided by the lived experiences of LGBTQ+ older adults, particularly at the intersections of aging, faith, gender identity, and sexuality.
Insights from these conversations will inform a health care pamphlet for practitioners, family caregivers, and older adults, offering practical strategies for supporting the religious, spiritual, and faith needs of LGBTQ+ older adults within person-centered care.
